1. Our Role
Naturamall.com is a COD ecommerce website that displays product offers from partner merchants. We do not sell products directly, process payments, or handle deliveries. Orders are confirmed and fulfilled exclusively by the merchant through its call center partners.
2. Refusing Delivery (Cash on Delivery Orders)
If you place an order and no longer wish to proceed, you may refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery. In this case, no payment will be collected by the courier, and your order will be canceled.
3. Returns After Delivery
If you have already accepted delivery of a product and wish to return it, you must follow the instructions provided by the merchant or call center that confirmed your order.
- Return windows, refund eligibility, and exchange options vary depending on the merchant’s policies.
- Return instructions are provided by the merchant or call center. If you did not receive them, please check your confirmation call, SMS, invoice, or product packaging.
- Naturamall.com does not accept returned products directly.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact the call center or merchant that confirmed your order. They are responsible for providing assistance, replacement, or refund in line with their policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. No Responsibility for Product Returns
Naturamall.com is not responsible for:
- Handling returns or refunds.
- Product quality, safety, or effectiveness.
- Delays, damages, or issues during shipping or return.
All obligations regarding returns, refunds, or warranties are the sole responsibility of the merchant.
6. Consumer Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws. These rights apply to the transaction between you and the merchant, not Naturamall.com. For details, please consult your local regulations and the merchant’s return policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, merchant processes, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.
8. Contact
If you have questions about how returns are handled, please contact the call center or merchant that confirmed your order. For general inquiries about this website, please use the Contact form on our Contact page.
